There are various categories of NFT Towns on the marketplace:
Exclusive - includes the capitals of countries or towns that are popular among tourists. These cities attract a large number of players due to their status and fame.
Millionaire towns - towns with a population of more than one million people. Such towns can also attract a significant number of players due to their large population and, as a result, high activity.
Large, Big, Medium and Small towns - categories based on population up to one million. These towns may have fewer players, but offer their own unique opportunities and benefits to co-owners.
The better a city's category, the more players it should have. All co-owners of a city will collectively receive 1% ACE on the revenue generated by players in that city. This creates an incentive to invest in cities with high potential to attract players and activity.
Purchasing an NFT Town is done in the same manner as purchasing an NFT Car. After selecting the desired NFT Town, you must click on the orange "Buy" button to purchase it.
Note that if you buy NFT with TRC, you will still need some MATIC to pay for gas (usually no more than 0.01 MATIC).
